The $20,000 Dog
An economist had finished his day at work and was leaving for home, when he noticed a small boy call out to him from the footpath where he was sitting with a dog.
The boy said, "Sir, would you like to buy a dog."
The economist was surprised by the approach, but asked nevertheless, "How much are you selling the dog for?"

TOO LATE, I LEARNT!
Life is a sincere teacher. It is always ready to teach us lessons, even if we are not interested and do not want to learn them.
The relationships we entered, stayed in, or even ended teach us a lot. The irony is that most of the time, the writing is on the wall, but we prefer to look away finding it too harsh to accept. Too late in life I learnt many lessons which I would like to share with my readers.

Brydge aims to turn Apple iPad into MacBook Air
Brydge is a keyboard cover for the iPad that attempts to turn the Apple tablet into something very close in style and weight, if not grunt, to the MacBook Air. Currently a Kickstarter project, Brydge aims to join the growing number of accessories tailored for those who produce as well as consume content on their iPad.
Sick-Time Abuse
Negotiations between Union members and their employer were at an impasse.
The Union denied that their workers were flagrantly abusing their contract's sick-leave provisions.
One morning at the bargaining table, the Company's chief negotiator held aloft the morning edition of the newspaper,

An Indian chief, Rising Sun, was concerned with how white men were expanding across the forests, plains, and mountains. His tribe was very small, but as every tribe and nation was being overpowered and sent to reservations, he came up with a plan to save the People.
His son, Falling Rock, was a strong, intelligent, and trustworthy young man and Rising Sun loved him very much. Rising Sun asked Falling Rock to travel across the whole of the country and talk to every tribe he met
